Shipping policy

Please allow 3 business days for packaging and handling of your shipment.

We do our best to get each product out the door the same day it is ordered, but cannot guarantee this.

Once the package is assigned a tracking number, it is your responsibility to locate it and make any shipment changes necessary.  We do not have any more insight into the tracking than you do.

We are not liable for any lost or returned shipments, and do not take responsibility for any additional charges incurred, such as customs or import fees.
